A community built on heritage and hope
Established by a passionate group of Uzbek Americans, the UAAC is a sanctuary where our traditions, language, and values are celebrated and shared.
From a handful of families to a movement
What began in 2009 as a small circle of families determined to keep their culture alive has grown into one of the Midwest's most active Uzbek communities — a people known for warm hospitality, intricate craftsmanship, and a millennia-old history.
Today the association runs a weekend school, a youth leadership program, cultural celebrations, and support services for newly arrived families — all powered by volunteers who believe community is something you build.
